Services

We love working with brides and grooms from all walks of life, styles, and budgets. After almost a decade of working with engaged couples, we’ve fine-tuned the following four packages to meet the needs of brides and grooms across all planning styles and needs.

Our weddings generally take place in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Franklin County, Jefferson County, St. Clair County, and Madison County. We’re happy to support weddings outside these areas, but travel fees may apply.

If your wedding is on private property: Please know that the nature of how we provide our services is not a good fit for weddings taking place on private property or any other location that is not have a history of being used for weddings. We are happy to provide recommendations for other planners better suited for these types of events.

Bride’s Ally

Planning Wrap-up and Wedding Management

We still affectionately refer to this as our “day-of” package, but really, that term is a misnomer. No coordinator can just show up on the day of your wedding and make things run smoothly. Providing this valuable service requires several weeks of gathering information, tying up loose ends, and coordinating with your vendors to make sure your day is stress-free. Because really, that’s what we’re offering you here: a stress-free wedding day.

• Services begin 6 weeks out with Pre-wedding Planning Meeting •
• Available for unlimited emails/phone calls for final 6 weeks •
• Comprehensive day-of timeline for vendors/wedding party •
• Finalize details with vendors & serve as point of contact •
• Facilitate rehearsal with officiant and venue coordinator •
• Provide unlimited hours on wedding day •
• Direct vendors, wedding party, and families •
• Oversee set up / tear down at venues as needed •
• Manage last-minute changes and special needs •
• Provide 1 assistant coordinator as needed •

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes A Bride’s Ally unique?
Our job is to create and execute the best possible version of YOUR wedding. We’re not here to impose our personal style on you, make you feel like your budget is too small, or suggest that your choices are not up to snuff. We slide seamlessly into your planning and wedding day.

My venue already has an event planner. Why do I need a day-of coordinator, too?
While some of our duties do overlap, there is a big difference. Your venue event coordinator’s first responsibility is to the venue and that affects how in-depth they can be with you. Our first responsibility is always, and solely, to you.

Why don’t you offer ceremony-only, reception-only, or by-the-hour services for a wedding?
After years of celebrating with brides and grooms, the only thing we can say for sure is to expect the unexpected. We never want to tell a couple on their wedding day that we can’t help them because that’s not what they paid for. We want you, your family, and your friends to enjoy the entire day!
